Piece of Shit Or Not?- Dumb and Dumber To

Piece of Shit Or Not?- Dumb and Dumber To

Every week, Mike and I like to predict how good (or bad) the next film that we'll see will be, based on the trailers available. From there, we decide whether or not the film will be a Piece of Shit?..... Or Not?

Joe's take-
After playing vegatable for the last twenty years, Lloyd (Jim Carrey) is a little horny. He sees a picture of Harry's (Jeff Daniels) unknown daughter that he concieved with Kathleen Turner (get a mental pic of that consummation. better yet, don't), and gets infatuated. Following that, is a road trip in the Mutt Cuts mobile where hilarity ensues and raunchy shenanigans prevail. Where Lloyd gets a little too friendly with a hot dog and the dusty crevise of a lonely old lady. Will Lloyd find love? Will Harry find his daughter? Will Kathleen Turner eat them both?

I didn't care for the first Dumb and Dumber. The good moments were too few and far between. The trailers for this movie are hilarious! This time around, I think that Carrey and Daniels feel that they have something to prove. Hopefully they don't try too hard.
Piece of Shit?..............Naught!

Mike's Take-
Lloyd and Harry are back for more shenanigans, this time Harry finds out he has a daughter and Lloyd wants to bone her.   Just like in the first movie, they pound out a road trip to search for Harry's daughter only to find out, just like in the first movie that she's rich and has no interest in either one of them.  It's the same formula as the first one, except this time around Lloyd is the one that ends up killing a bathroom instead of Harry.
Piece of Shit?  - 20 years of waiting for a movie like this?  I don't think so.  Plus that hot dog scene looks hilarious
