Joe's Versus The Atari 2600 Alien Part 2

Alien is a 1982 maze video game developed and published by Fox Video Games for the Atari 2600. It is based on the film of the same name.

The game was essentially a clone of Pac-Man. As such, the player controls a human who must find allAlien Eggs (replacing the dots in Pac-Man) while avoiding 3 Aliens (replacing the ghosts) in a maze. The player can also use a flamethrower to kill the Aliens. The player can also collect symbols that act like the flashing pellets in Pac-Man. The fruits are replaced with planets or spaceships. Once the player collects all the Eggs, they will be transported to a bonus round, where the player must find an extra point power-up while (again) avoiding dozens of Aliens. The player will be transported back to the maze, either if the player won or lost the bonus round.
