Cinescape Magazine is a look at film, tv, comics, video games, and 70's, 80's and 90's nostalgia from the perspective of two normal average joe's that just love movies, in whatever form they come in.
Joe's Take- That bassey-voiced purple behemoth that we've been occasionally teased with since 2012, has finally built up his confidence enough to take on and destroy the entire universe. I meant half. Half of the universe. It's like a yin/yang, Jedi/Sith, Neo/Agent Smith, thing about balance. Well now's the time for every current Marvel Studios owned property (sans Blade and those Netflix underlings) to band together, work out their little eccentricities, and figure out a way to survive into next year's sequel, cause this guy ain't pullin no punches. I could name all of the players but let's face it; either you already know who they are, or you don't really give a shit enough to have read this far. Expect expensive effects, inside jokes at one another, and the possibility that the Russo's (and Disney) will still not have the balls to kill anybody off like the last time (Civil War).
My Prediction- Can the stakes and anticipation be any higher than they are for this film? I know that it's going to be good, but HOW good is way up in the air. I've tried to stay away from any news and clips for the past month, yet the hype train is in full speed right now. Avengers: Infinity War will not be a Piece Of Shit, especially if there's some Marvel Fox cameos thrown in for good measure. I think that this intense feeling I'm experiencing at this moment, is what the young folks today call "fanboying".
Mike's Take - since it’s infinity war week, i’ll ask you to not to spoil the movie (especially if you’re seeing it early). everyone waited so long for this movie and we all want to enjoy it.
see you in a week in theatres xx #ThanosDemandsYourSilence
